1. Can I use multiple payment methods for one order?
You cannot split one order across two different credit/debit cards or between PayPal and a card. However, if you have a minisovip Gift Card, you may use it together with another payment method (such as a credit card, PayPal, or installment option) to complete your purchase.

2. Do you store my credit card information?
No, minisovip does not store any payment details. All transactions are encrypted and securely processed by our payment providers.

3. How do installment payments work?
When you choose Shop Pay, Afterpay, Klarna, or Affirm, you will be redirected to their platform during checkout to complete the setup. Approval and installment schedules are determined by the provider.

4. Are there extra fees for using installment payments?
minisovip does not charge extra fees. However, depending on the provider’s policy, interest or late payment fees may apply. Please review the provider’s Terms of Service before completing your purchase.

5. What happens if I request a refund?
Refunds will be returned to your original payment method.
- For installment payments, your repayment plan will be adjusted accordingly by the provider.
- If you paid with a gift card, the refunded amount will be credited back to your minisovip Gift Card balance.

6. Can I pay with a gift card?
Yes. If your gift card does not cover the total, you may combine it with another payment method.

7. Do you accept international cards?
Yes, we accept international Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club cards. Please note that your bank may apply additional fees or currency conversion charges.

8. Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and PCI-compliant payment processors to ensure your information is fully protected.
