Unless otherwise stated, MINIO and/or its licensor own the intellectual property rights in the Site and all materials on the Site (including but not limited to blind box product images, descriptions, logos, and brand content). All these intellectual property rights are reserved.
You may view, download (for caching purposes only), and print pages or other blind box product information from the Site for your own personal use. YOU MUST NOT:

• Republish, sell, rent, or sub-license material from the Site;
• Reproduce, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from us;
• Infringe upon our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others;
• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Site or its related software.

Our blind box products are limited in quantity and subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. Due to the nature of blind boxes, the specific style of the product you receive is random, and we do not guarantee a specific style or no duplicate styles.
Prices for our blind box products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any blind box product at any time, without liability to you or any third party.
To prevent scalping, each registered MINIO member is limited to 2 sets of series blind box products per day. We reserve the right to cancel any order that violates this purchase limit policy.

5、BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion (including orders that appear to be placed by scalpers or resellers). You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information, and to update it promptly as needed.

Third-party links on this Site may direct you to unaffiliated websites. We are not responsible for third-party materials, websites, or services, and shall have no liability for any harm or damages related to transactions with third parties.

These Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and us, governing your use of the Service. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
